OCR: Future Adoption of New Accounting Standard The Financial Accounting Standards Board recently issued SFAS No. 123 'Accounting for Stock- Based Compensation. This statement establishes financial accounting and reporting standards for stock -based emplovee compensation plans including employee stock purchase plans and stock option plans. The Company will adopt SFAS No. 123 effective April *,, 1996. Management plans to remain on APB No 5 "Accounting for Stock Issued to Employees, for purposes of measurement compensation expense Therefore, adoption of SFAS No. 123 will not have material effect on the Company consolidated results of operations.
